ChargeHybrid CH90-150

The ChargeHybrid CH90-150 is the new, powerful energy solution for construction sites, industrial applications and locations with limited grid capacity. It combines intelligent energy storage, flexible power output and maximum operational reliability - ideal for modern charging infrastructure and grid stabilisation requirements.

    The CH90-150 reliably supplies construction sites with energy - even at high power peaks. It enables the efficient operation of electrical machines, chargers and temporary installations.
  2. Grid reinforcement (grid booster)
    As a grid booster, the CH90-150 stabilises and strengthens existing grid connections. This means that even weak or power-limited grids can reliably supply larger consumers.
  3. Charging infrastructure for electric construction machinery
    The CH90-150 is ideal as a central charging unit for electrical construction machinery and equipment. It provides high charging power without overloading the local power grid.

    The ChargeHybrid CH90-150 is installed in a particularly robust outdoor housing that has been specially developed for tough everyday use on construction sites.
    With IP54 protection, the system is reliably protected against dust and splash water and is suitable for the harshest operating conditions.
    Additionally optimised for safe operation in extreme temperature ranges from -15 °C to +55 °C.

    PV integration

    The MH-4 supports up to 3 kWp PV input power. The cost-effectiveness of a PV extension depends on the runtime, area and location.

    Hybrid generator operation

    In hybrid mode, the MH-4 significantly reduces the generator runtime. The generator is only switched on when required and then runs in the optimum load range.

    Mains backup operation (UPS)

    In the event of a power failure, the MH-4 takes over the supply of critical loads (setup-dependent) without interruption.

    Scaling

    Several MobilHybrid units can be operated in parallel to scale capacity and performance as required.
