Our mobile power supply solutions offer flexible and transportable power sources for various applications, from construction sites to emergencies.
The MobilHybrid is an innovative storage system that is connected between the electricity generator and the electricity consumer. It stores the electricity from the generator and supplies it as required. So you don't waste any energy.
The MobilHybrid was specially developed for these applications. With advanced technology, the power generator switches off when the load falls below the rated output of the MobilHybrids. If the stored energy falls or the load rises above the output of the MobilHybrids, the system automatically activates the power generator. If the energy from the generator is not sufficient, the MobilHybrid the Power Boost function to combine both power sources.
The MobilHybrid selects the most favourable energy source for the current load status. This can be the integrated battery storage system, a diesel generator, photovoltaic modules or an existing grid.
The diesel generator only starts when the MobilHybrid has to be recharged or large loads are operated. In this way, you avoid considerable fuel and maintenance costs and extend the service life of the diesel generator set.
The MobilHybrid is mounted on a robust steel support frame the size of a Euro pallet. Handling is easy with a forklift, ant or lifting gear. The Euro pallet size makes logistics considerably easier over long distances. The compact housing has protection class IP54 and is suitable for outdoor use. The equipment fulfils trade association regulations and can be used without earthing measures. The non-hazardous lead batteries are fully suitable for transport and even have an air transport licence.
The batteries are designed for 1200 cycles. At one cycle per day, this corresponds to around 5 years. At the end of its service life, the battery still has a residual capacity of 80 %. The battery set can be replaced at low cost and we will of course take back the old battery sets.
On the MobilHybrid device (excluding the battery pack) is guaranteed for 2 years.

On construction sites with 24-hour operation over 250 days, the MobilHybrid offers considerable advantages. In combination with a 40 kVA generator, you save up to 53 %, which equates to €22,700. In addition, the running time of the generator is reduced by 75 %.
Compared to conventional diesel units, the MobilHybrid controls the energy supply. It intelligently controls when the power generator is activated. The engine only runs when power is actually needed, saving you large amounts of diesel.
